Refund and Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Scenterella is here to help. We take every care to ensure all candles are properly protected during transit, but appreciate that occasionally damages do occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Returned to Scenterella within 30 days of the date you received it.
If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please contact us. Be sure to provide the following details:
Your Web Order Number.
The full address from where we can collect the goods.
A contact phone number.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 24 hours.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer policies.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
Shipping a Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
